Special Raita (Yogurt Relish)

1 cup full cream Yogurt
½ cup diced cucumber
¼ cup diced red onion
1 tbsp chopped coriander
½ tsp Shona’s Spice
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste

Mix all together and serve with Chiken Karma Korma & Rice
For a Minty Variation of the Raita Stir in 1 tsp green chutney concentrate to above.
